1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We’re so excited to offer free delivery via our trusted courier services on orders over R1000 to anywhere in South Africa.

2. How much is Shipping?

We offer a standard courier service at a cost of just R150 to deliver anywhere in South Africa.

3. How long will it take?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (business days) from when your order is placed. Delivery within the Western Cape takes between 1 and 2 working days and all other areas outside of the Western Cape between 2 and 3 working days.

If you feel your order has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so that we can get this sorted out as soon as possible.

5. Online Privacy Policy

Placing an order online with Berakah is safe and secure. We do not keep any record of your payment details and as you proceed to the payment page, you will be automatically transferred from our server onto PayFast’s SSL secured encrypted server. This means your payment details are turned into a long string of data so complex that no-one could decrypt it, and no one at the other end will have access to your details either. You’ll see the secure padlock symbol in your browser window. We collect certain basic pieces of information that you give us through our online store, to allow us to process your order and provide any necessary aftercare. The details gathered are limited to your name, addresses, email address and telephone number. We do not and cannot store credit or debit card details. We will never share your personal information with third parties. We are not in the business of selling data to others and we do not send spam. In accordance to the GDPR regulations, you can always access, update or remove your personal data on the My Account page.

6. Payment Methods

We use the secure and trusted Payfast gateway. Payfast process credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and Instant EFT (bank transfers to any of South Africa’s four biggest banks that get instantly verified). It is 100% safe and you can read about PayFast, should you have any concerns.

8. Returns & Refunds

We know you’ll love our products, but if for some reason you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us regarding any returns or exchanges and we’ll be happy to help. Please include your order number and product description with the reason for the return or exchange. Please complete the ‘Return Request’ below within 7 days of receiving your order and you can return any unwanted item to us for a refund (minus postage costs and transaction fees). You have 5 days, from the date of ‘Return Request’ to return an item(s). The products must be in its original re-saleable condition that you received it, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. So don’t get too excited and pull the tags off before you are sure! You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns. As Make Believe Co. is not liable for any lost items being returned, we would recommend that you return the item(s) using registered mail for tracking purposes. Please email this tracking number through to us so that we can look out for it. We can only offer a free return if an item you have received has a fault; in this situation, your return postage will be refunded once the item has been received by us. REFUNDS ON GIFT CARDS AND SALE ITEMS We do not refund or exchange sale items and gift vouchers. GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK If your returned item(s) are in their original condition with tags on and in their original packaging, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 working days upon receipt of the item(s). You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and that you have been credited. Refunds will be to the original method of payment. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for your bank to complete the transaction, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers. Please note: Some credit card issuers or banks may take a longer period to process the refund and make funds available to you.
